I am the artist behind the Wild Mountain Florals. I have been artistic since I was a child, but it wasn’t until recently (after I had my first son) that I decided to pursue a career from my art. In my early years of college I studied photography and graphic design before taking a sabbatical to travel and figure out what I really wanted out of this life.

It was after this period of time that I ended up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado where I eventually planted my roots. I am beyond blessed to be able to call these beautiful mountains my home. I am an avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast. Throughout my time in Colorado I have studied the mountain eco systems, niches, native plants and flowers. Wildflowers are my absolute favorite. I went back to school in 2016 and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelors Degree in biology; with a concentration in microbiology and double minors in chemistry and environmental science. After graduating I got a job working as a microbiologist in hospital laboratory and I absolutely loved it. However, I ended up quitting that job after having my son because I wanted to be fully present as a mom.

Becoming a mother has been the best thing I have ever done, and it has simultaneously led to a creative awakening within me. My art and creativity has really blossomed these past couple of years and I am ready to share that with the world. So, with all that being said, I am happy you are here!
